Powerful insights reveal compelling
consumer truths.

It is increasingly necessary for Black, Indigenous and People of Color to learn how our stories are gathered, told and shared through the lens of research and insights.

We know that it is crucial for Black and brown consumers to be placed in positions to become the architects of their own stories.

By showcasing insights stories that center on BIPOC communities, IIC is hoping to motivate students and young professionals of color to consider a career in the insights world.

IIC believes in the power of arming future generations of BIPOC leaders and storytellers with the tolls and knowledge to own their truths, and the truths of their communities, by becoming the research & insights professionals the world needs.

The research and insights field is missing voices of color; voices necessary to lend perspective & ensure that any outputs are inclusive, representative, relatable and distinctly dynamic in an increasingly multicultural future.
